The REAL ESTATE AVC is an indicator created by us that shows the percentage of green areas conserved within the intervened space, in which the conservation of the maximum possible endemic vegetation is sought.

Wastewater treatment plant

The quality of the water entering a home is just as important as the quality of the water leaving it. For this reason, it is our responsibility to ensure that the wastewater from our developments is treated and used so that it reaches its destination as clean as possible.

Solar Panels

All our projects consider the location and installation of solar panels to make the most of solar energy, one of the most useful renewable resources in the Riviera Maya.

Soil permeability

We ensure that the soil in parking lots and central gardens is preserved in its natural state to allow rainwater to permeate into the subsoil, thereby avoiding urban damage such as heat islands and flooding.

Bioclimatic design

One of the fundamental factors considered in the architectural design of each of our projects are the climatic characteristics of the area such as solar path and cross ventilation.

Solar heaters

The units with a private rooftop are prepared for the installation of solar heaters, an alternative for taking advantage of solar energy.

Rainwater harvesting

In each of the projects we consider the installation of rainwater harvesting systems, which are used for the supply and use of water.

Green areas

Our projects preserve the largest number of trees in the area, as part of our commitment to the regional flora and fauna. In addition, we respect trees as they produce the oxygen we breathe, their shade helps regulate high temperatures and gives us a feeling of well-being.
